"Have been going here since it opened years ago. I have always received great care. Wait times are usually reasonable , especially as compared to other places I have tried. They never cause issues with my insurance payments. Another that I tried wasn’t billing correctly and it took 4 months to get it straight. Staff has always been friendly, caring and professional."

"Yesterday, I had to quickly find a place after I accidentally sliced open my finger while washing dishes. I hurried to the Urgent Care center, where Zach warmly greeted me at the front desk. Victoria then escorted me to my room and skillfully cleaned my wound before Dave arrived to stitch up my finger. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Today, my hand feels much better, and I'm grateful for the prompt and attentive care I received at the Brookfield location. "It was Christmas day and my daughter was very sick. I went online to see if any urgent cares were open. One that was close to me was listed as open so I scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, when I got there, they were locked up and closed for the holiday! I was very unhappy! I continued on my search from their parking lot and found. Physician One urgent care in Brookfield. I called and spoke to Zack. He was lovely and encouraging, while being honest that they were super busy. When I got there, I checked in immediately with Zack, and he gave me all my options. I was immediately calm because I knew that they would take care of my daughter. They were extremely professional and calming. I will never go anywhere else. Thankful to them for working the holiday and being very welcoming. But especially for taking excellent care of my daughter!"

"I had a really positive experience from the moment I went in and was seen at the front desk. The administrative assistant was very pleasant and helpful with getting me registered. Following that I was brought in and seen by a very kind medical assistant/nurse. She was personable and made me feel at ease being there. Then I saw the PA who was very nice and thorough. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and got me the medication I needed to help me feel better. I know urgent care can be a hit or miss but my experience was a total hit. I hope these professionals stay with urgent care because they are fantastic."
