"I placed 16 subs for a party one week in advance and went to pick it up today, not only did they accuse me of ordering only 11, they also did not precut the subs like I had requested. I then went to start cutting the subs, and all of the breads were completely stale. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. Will not be ordering again."
