"CFGF is an essential for my wellness. Not only do the constantly varied workouts help with my physical fitness, they also support emotional well-being. The coaches here know me and my strengths/weaknesses so well. Coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and supportive. This gym has the perfect amount of competition. I don’t feel the pressures of having to compete at an elite level like I have at other gyms, but I am also often pushed to reach my maximum potential."
