"As a one off with a friend, we tried the 14 day unlimited pass. After two classes I was hooked. The first class I was focused on not passing out from a first time workout in the high temp— by the second I was acclimated and addicted. This is a great workout— now when I do a regular Barre class at my gym, I find myself missing the heat. The studio is really well maintained and clean (very important to me when you’re dealing with sweat). The dim lighting is great, music is just loud enough to zone out. Offerings throughout the week are varied and well timed— I particularly love the classes led by Monique and Lindsey. You arrive and the instructors who check you in know you personally. I feel guilty cheating on my gym with this studio, but this is such a treat of a workout. Challenging and relaxing at the same time. Take advantage of the packages— a well spent investment!"

"Awesome new studio in the Goodwives Shopping plaza— a great add to boost your tennis game or to kick up your Pilates routine a notch (or two!) The first class I took had almost the same ratio of males to females. The far infrared heat added to the intensity of the workout — I loved it! While I like heated rooms in general, this heat was different in that it aided the workout versus just blowing around. I’m not there for detoxing per se but if that is something you are needing — you’ll get it. The classes I’ve tried so far have been with Monique — she is friendly, direct and best of all gets the workout done. I have no affiliation to this studio other than just being thrilled that this studio opened in the area and that I can get these killer workouts weekly and have felt amazing after."
