"I don’t even know where to start by, I gave Kevin Harris the blueprints for this job, a large renovation in South Windsor that required a substantial amount of PVC. There were an endless amount of errors made by both Kevin and the shop making the openings that we needed.We we’re constantly sending things back.We had to assemble a good portion of them because they were either measured wrong they were too large to be assembled,yet we were never told that prior to Hiring them. We even had issues with colors not matching ,different color PVC even though it was all white. In order to get through the project I did as much to help Kevin get things right as I possibly could and when it was time for payment there were some pieces and parts still missing so we agreed on $1200 to be left behind until the project was finished however at the end he decided to renege on that saying that he never included that in the bid even though it was stated right on the print that it was PVC. I would never hire them again, I don’t believe anyone else in the PVC business in this area would have handled things this badly."
