"I have been a TD Bank customer for over 10 years and I have used a variety of branches when I needed their banking services. Being able to compare those experiences certainly gives me perspective when I give this branch a 5-star review. After recently changing job locations I needed to form a new relationship with a new TD branch and I have done so with the location in Torrington, CT. Not only have I been welcomed as TD Bank account holder, but I have also been treated with high service levels and a great deal of appreciation for my business with the bank. For example, while being in the middle of an out of state real estate purchase I needed to: make multiple deposits, initiate out of state wire transfers, to get copies of account statements and to have a mortgage document package notarized. On every occasion I was greeted with a kind “hello” and “how can we help you today!”. I would like to personally thank Lisa, Nicole, Katherine (Kat) and Peter for all their help. To sum it up, I would not have been able to get this purchase done without each one of them helping me along the way. And when I called on Peter (the branch manager) at 1:30pm on a Thursday afternoon to help me with 137 pages of documents that needed review, signature and notarization, he said “come on down, I’ll be waiting for you!”.
