HAVEN Free Clinic
HAVEN Free Clinic is a student-run primary care clinic located at 800 Howard Avenue in New Haven, Connecticut. We partner with Yale University to offer comprehensive, high-quality health care free of charge to the community. Our unique model involves students from various health care disciplines, including medicine, nursing, physician’s associate programs, and public health. We are dedicated to providing uninsured adults in New Haven with primary care, wellness education, and assistance in accessing health care. Your support helps us continue our mission of serving the community and educating future health professionals. Join us for our annual 5K event to raise funds for patient care. Oluwatosin Adeyemo, MD MPH
Oluwatosin Adeyemo, MD MPH is a doctor specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, located at 1450 Chapel Street in New Haven, Connecticut, United States. Andrea Silber
Andrea Silber is a renowned doctor specializing in medical oncology located at 111 Goose Lane in Guilford, Connecticut, United States. Dr. Silber serves as the Associate CEHE Director for Clinical Research and is the Medical Director and Physician Champion of the Centers for Disease Control/Connecticut Department of Public Health's 5-year provider supported grant at Yale New Haven Hospital called The Connecticut Cancer Screening Program (CCSP). Dr. Silber also leads the novel program "Breast Cancer S.W.A.T. Team- We’ve got your back!" funded by the CT Health and Educational Facilities Authority (CHEFA) to assist economically disadvantaged breast cancer patients.
