"This review is for the support staff and only the support staff. I've been going here for years, the dentists and hygienists are wonderful. however, I switched my insurance recently and I told at least 4 support staff members (secretaries, people who process insurance claims, front desk). not one person thought to inform me that they don't accept my current insurance. and instead, they kept taking my appointments when none of the insurance claims they were processing were going through. Instead I got letters in the mail accusing me of insurance fraud?? when I told them numerous times that my insurance changed. at every appointment since the insurance changed. further, i called their office asking my medical records be transferred. a girl name brittnay answered the phone. none of my records were actually sent. she never asked me to provide the email request either. when I called a second time asking for my medical records to be sent, someone actually told me the procedure. very unprofessional. borderline fraud. please double check everything they do if anything changes with your insurance."

"Dr. Gerald Braun is absolutely exceptional at everything that he does. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s been taking care of both my parents and I for years now and we all appreciate his hard and impeccable work. It’s almost like he was born to do exactly what he does. He’s pleasant, kind, cautious, knowledgeable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, they always make sure to help whenever you have an emergency. I had all of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Giovanni Ibrahim and it went amazingly well. The recovery was easy peasy and he made sure to put me at ease the whole process. His assistants — I wish I remembered their names — flawless. I imagined pain and chaos which is why I took so long to get them out but it was nothing like that. I’ve also had the chance to meet Chris the head hygienist and she was so caring and did a great job on my mom! Out of all the places me and my parents have been this is by far the best. They’ll accommodate you no matter what. ❤️"

"Hands down this is one of the nicest places one can visit if you’re not a fan going to the dentist. The staff greet you with a smile and are courteous and the seating area is very spacious and clean. Dr Scott Solomon and Hygenist Yvonne performed a crown placement on my tooth and they were excellent. We laughed, talked and Dr Solomon always put me at ease by treating me above and beyond. They wowed me with my choice of music during treatment. Kudos to this fantastic office"

"I have been a patient of Dental Associates of Connecticut for many years now. All staff-front desk clerks, hygienists and dentists-are always pleasant, kind and welcoming! I have never experienced long wait times in this office and it is always very clean. I’d like to make special mention of hygienist Kimberly. She is excellent at her work and did a very thorough cleansing of my teeth! I had lots of staining prior and could not stop looking at them in the mirror after my appointment with her due to how clean she got them! She is also patient and communicates well!
