"Horrible experience. Customer service is great until you make the payment. I purchased four items and only two of them were delivered. When speaking with customer service they will simply tell you "Sorry" and expect you to wait for another 5 days for delivery. After rescheduling I waited a few more days. And AGAIN same mistake happened! With no explanation."
"My husband and I felt that we had a very informative and enjoyable shopping experience! Our salesman Ted was very knowledgeable and interested in what we felt our needs were in buying a mattress. The most important part of our visit was that our being on in yrs, he respected our opinions and patiently answered our questions without making us feel lesser for asking them! The assistant manager was also very friendly, bright and respectful. Overall we will definitely recommend to our family and friends when they are in search of any home furnishings, that they visit the orange Bob's store and ask for Ted. I would have given our visit a 5 if it wasn't for the exorbitant delivery charges!! Not through any fault of the employees!!!!"
"Everyone was so attentive Michael was assisting me and he was very informative. Miguel the store manager came and checked in as well. He was super professional and hospitable I ended up putting a couch on held and they made it a very smooth easy process for me."
