"Dr. Malentacchi is the best there is. She is so personable and kind! My appointments are thorough. I never have to wait long to see Dr. Malentacchi. She also doesn’t argue if you need a referral for another specialist. I wanted to start mammograms early and she was supportive!"

"The lady I spoke with is rude she kept cutting me off basically like she didn’t want to be on the phone . She ask me what I wanted to come in for then she cut me off before I started talking . To tell me that they are not talking none patients until early July to August no customer service I ask her if there’s is anybody or anywhere she can recommend she is like noooo I don’t know then basically rushing the conversation they literally open and I called otherwise from having a bad morning so far is understandable but she was no HELP !!!!"

"First they gave me an appointment for 8:30am but I was a few minutes late. I tried to call ahead of time to tell them that I was in traffic but the office doesn’t “officially open” until 9am. It’s weird that they would schedule appointments when the office isn’t open. They also told me they don’t begin answering the phone until 9am but like to scare patients by telling them if they miss an appointment then it would cost the patient a $50.00 fee for no shows. Long story short got to my appointment late and they could not see me because of that. So I wasted my gas and time just to not be seen. Had I not shown up, I would’ve been charged $50.00 according to their policy. I show up for an emergency appointment weeks later because of some abnormal bleeding during pregnancy they check me everything was fine. However no one scheduled me for my 10 week appointment.. I was told they “forgot” how unprofessional for people who see pregnant women every single day.. Once my appointment was made and I came in, I recieved a regular check up.. NO prenatal shots that I was supposed to be scheduled for no nothing. They advised me that they did not know why the doctor had missed doing my blood work ... wow!!!!!!! Again very unprofessional. When I came out to the front desk to schedule an appointment to get my prenatal shots the blond woman at the front desk advised me that I would not be able to make an appointment because I was supposed to be seen every 4 weeks. We argued for about 10 minutes because she clearly was not listening to what I was saying about not receiving my prenatal shots, she was too lazy to check my medical records and she was also too lazy to get up and confirm this information with the doctor I had just seen. I literally had to yell at her and tell her the the doctor I had just seen had told me to make an appointment because I did not receive the shots I was supposed to. She then checked my file and asked me why I didn’t receive my shots as if I was the doctor. She then got up to confirm the appointment with the doctor like I told her in the first place. When writing my appointment down on an appointment card she also wrote the name of the wrong doctor down, which I had to correct her on and she apologized and re wrote it. Very very very annoying. This same front desk representative also decided to give me insurance advice by telling me to tell my mom to cancel me off of her insurance. The reason being, I was showing up yellow on their computer screen. Which one, she does not have the qualifications to discuss insurance information with me unless it’s to pay for my service because it’s not her job. & 2, the reason I had two insurances in the first place is to cover what my primary insurance does not cover. So my having my mother take me off her insurance I would not be covered for certain things. Thank god im not an idiot. The reason I was showing up yellow on their computer screen was because they did not have a copy of my primary insurance. I was told this by another front desk specialist. She told me it was such an easy fix and to not cancel my secondary insurance. Lastly I was prescribed an anti biotic for a UTI which made me sick to my stomach. I called the office and asked if there was any way they could switch the medication for me because I was not able to tolerate it at all. They ended up switching my medication to amoxicillin. I began taking the amoxicillin for about a week and 3 days only to get a phone call from another doctor in the office telling me to stop the medication because the amoxicillin did not treat UTI’s. How could they possibly prescribe me a medication that was not used to treat my symptoms? Then to call me almost 2’weeks later to tell me that I need to stop taking it because it wasn’t helping me at all was ridiculous... Never in my entire life have I had this many mistakes done by one office. When I asked if I could be seen by the same doctor when I made my appointments I was told by the same blond haired women at the front desk that they don’t do that. Beware of this place!!"
