"This dunkin and store side is under new management and boy can you tell the difference! It is spotless and welcoming, my food is always correct and the staff seems so much happier they call me by name. The manager Eddie definitely brought so much light to this location I used to avoid coming here but now I’m back to my daily routine."

"It’s hit or miss here. When it’s good it’s great, but when it’s bad, it’s horrible. They are understaffed. I have had my food thrown at me, wrong orders, went to the location 2 times in one day and never got the chance to order- there was nobody in line either time. And when you complain to the corporate office, the behavior is justified and think a free coffee should shut you up. Today I ordered 2 jelly sticks and got 2 plain sticks via drive thru. I’m just stop coming here even tho it’s more convenient."
"This location has not once ever managed to give me a correct order, no matter how small and simple the order is. Very frustrating. Not worth the wasted time and money."
"Upgrading to a large or medium is NOT .30 more like they tell you. They try and get more money from you and laugh about it with the employees. The manager also will make fun of customers and how they look or their weight. He puts up a front of being nice, but will call a customer ugly or fat or sexualize them behind their back. Don’t work here or go to this one. The food has been expired before as well as the milk. For employment, you don’t get breaks and the only food you can eat during your entire shift are bagels and donuts. I just recently left and found a much better job. And Im unable to get my last check because I was blocked by my manager for literally quitting lmao. Every former employee recently told me they hated working here and working for Doug. The place is barely cleaned too. I’ve seen all types of bugs and rodents there. This is probably the worst dunkin i’ve ever worked for and i’ve been working at dunkin’s for years now. I’d like to have my check."
