"After all this terrible experience, agent of the owner takes time to write a review and says ready for discussion. When I threatened to stop the payment he sent Tony to take a look in the kitchen and Arin conveyed thru Tony that only Countertops will be replaced. He never offered kitchen cabinets and never responded properly to my emails. Moreover he says he was ready to do all this for free as if he is doing a favor. I gave you business and adjusted for 5 years with these old and worn out kitchen cabinets, countertops, floor etc. by never defaulting on payments and paid whatever hiked every year. So Arin dont ever talk about favors. WE ARE STILL PAYING YOU. Updating Review after agent of the owner's reply to this review. Sreedhar has not deleted his review. Rather he exposed his lies by pasting his email and picture of his email as proof. Arin, you should know the pulse of people. They know what to believe."
"We love our 2BR apartment. Lynne, the property manager is wonderful as are the maintenance staff. They are on the ball! Whenever we've had a maintenance issue (which is rare), they've always addressed it quickly and efficiently. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and, most of the neighbors are very friendly. Our only issue is our upstairs neighbors are very noisy but, that's the cost of apartment living."
