"I went there to pick up my and my family's medicine. I ask Pharmacist name LI how long it will take to make my prescription ready. He answered me so rudely that just sit, just sit, I ask him nicely sir how long I have to wait then he refused to help me. Ther are so many pharmacies around with very polite service available, finally I switched to express script pharmacy. They will mail out my medicine on monthly basis."

"Every time I go there, which is monthly they always either give the the wrong prescription, charge me the wrong amount and often you wait while the girls chat in the back area. Many times if authorization is needed I am told they will reach out and then fill it. Yesenia, one of the girls in the back chatting today was very rude. I would not want her in my staff."

"I went to get my first dose of COVID vaccine. My nerves was a reck to say the least. The pharmacy tech Shereen who administered my fiancé and I vaccine was so pleasant she displayed so much patience with us especially with me. Her customer service was on point. Thank you !!"
