"Don’t waste your time!!! Went in for a simple trim. Long layers in the back, angled in the front. And wanted my hair in a “v” in the back. Not blunt acrossed. Came out with hair about 5 inches shorter and my head chopped up! All the hair that is front of my ears is now cut to my chin as if I’m growing out bangs.....definitely not angled just chopped off! I’m so upset! Do NOT waste your time or money!!!"
