"I visited with a friend who received the wrong custom fabric couch due to an employee error. The employee who took the order and her manager were the rudest human beings I’ve ever dealt with. Be warned that if you order a custom couch, be mindful of the name of the fabric you want. The employees that work here are incompetent and rude. Actually, just go elsewhere!"

"We ordered a bedroom set in July of 2023 from Bassett Westport. Our sales person was a knowledgable sales person and we were happy to do business with them. Our issues came when it was time to take delivery. The initial delivery was scheduled for August however one of the pieces(nightstand) arrived at the warehouse damaged so everything was delivered except that piece. The nightstand was scheduled for delivery 9/27. Delivery was confirmed and timeframe provided. No one showed up. No call. Nothing. Just didn't show up. I called multiple times to both the store and the warehouse scheduler to see what happened. It took nearly a week to get a return call finally from the warehouse and delivery was rescheduled to 10/10. Today is 10/10 and I made several calls to confirm our appointment - customer service said it was scheduled in the system but could not provide a window of time. After 2 more calls to customer service I received an automated call from the warehouse saying my delivery is scheduled for Wednesday 10/11. THE ONLY DAY I TOLD THEM I WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I immediately called and miraculously got the scheduler on the phone who took the hit for screwing up the schedule and she rescheduled the delivery of this one piece to 10/12. God willing this s-show will come to end on Thursday when they finally delivery the nightstand -hopefully in proper condition. Bottom line: The person who schedules the deliveries is either incompetent or a liar. The store manager wasn't much better as she never returned my calls either when I wanted to know what happened to our delivery. NO ONE ever returns calls - even when the delivery didn't show up on the days that were CONFIRMED with the scheduler. Bottom line, I completely understand things happen but to outright ignore your customers' calls is incompetent, rude and disrespectful."

"After a disappointing experience at another location, we drove to the Westport showroom. Bunny, a professional through and through, was excellent. Her straightforward approach and willingness to cater to our preferences made the decision-making process a breeze. Thanks to Bunny's exceptional service, our furniture shopping journey at the Westport showroom was not only successful but enjoyable. Can't wait for our two amazing sofas to arrive!"

"Heather worked with me , bouncing fabric colors and patterns off each other until we found a pattern and color I liked for our throw pillows for our new couch coming next week. She even let me rearrange the floor model to physically envision how we wanted to place it at home. She communicated clearly about the process of having our couch made and the timeline and what to expect. I will definitely shop there again and again."

"I would not recommend the Beckham couch. The couch itself is very comfortable but after only having it a few months the pills all over the cushions make it look like weve had it for years. When I called the store they said it’s considered normal wear and tear and even the additional coverage we bought doesn’t cover this. She said they are working with the manufacturer on this issue for the future which of course does me no good. They said they would send me something to remove the pills when they had a chance. Also we bought the couch because it was supposed to be so easy to clean. My daughter spilled some water and it left a water stain and looks terrible. I would not recommend the product based on the way it wears which is unfortunate because it really is big and comfortable"
