"I love the food and our server (gentlemen with a great beard) was attentive and quick. What compelled me to write a review is the fact that we had a reservation at 10:30 on Sunday and we weren’t seated until 10:50. Great food great servers but some one really dropped the ball on setting the tables up. I probably won’t make a reservation here in the future because it seems pointless. I don’t want this review to take away from the fact that the food and server were both amazing."
"Nice local spot for breakfast, very friendly staff, they are popular and can get quite busy. A lot of great seasonal and year round specials. The "Eight is Enough" and "Threes Company" are family favorite picks. Fresh baked goods/treats also available at front counter."
"Glad we stopped here on our way back to PA. Best open face knish sandwich outside of Brooklyn, NY. I had corned and my sister had turkey and broccoli. With coleslaw, pickle, and chips. With a side order of a slice of raspberry bread. Yummy. Friendly staff, quick service and a homey atmosphere. A must stop if you're in Southbury, CT."
"I stopped here because the place I wanted to go to was closed. Turns out, it was a good thing I did. This place had some very good food and very pleasant servers. There was a wait to be seated, but it was worth it. The food came out quick and hot, and I'll tell you, I had the best French fries I've had in a long while. The Ruben wasn't the best, but it was good enough. The meat was fresh, but the toppings were a little lacking. I will definitely be coming back to eat here the next time I pass therough."
"This place is a gem. Let me start by saying the coleslaw is the best slaw I’ve had in a very long time. I would rate 10 star rating for the slaw. Perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, not to Mayo and not to vinegar! The fries ranked among my top favorites. This mom and pop place has a following and rightly so. The food was amazing. It was so plentiful that I couldn’t eat it all but I sure tried because it was sooo delicious! I would absolutely return given the opportunity!!!"
