"I brought my volvo C70 into Volvo for repairs. They needed it for at least a day so they arranged for me to rent a car from Subaru which I need. Nice car, very nice & helpful people. Would rent from them again, but unfortunately my experience with Volvo was such that I will not be returning there to have my car serviced. "Scheduled for oil change and tire rotation along with checking our steering wheel that felt noticeably tighter and harder to turn compared to several months ago. Due to the steering wheel being more complex, they required me to leave my vehicle for the day. Kaitlyn helped me, and upon check in, I shared my concerns and asked to be called when our car was ready. At 4 PM, we called to check on the status of our car because we still hadn't received a call. We were told our car was ready for pickup. We went to pick it up, and the woman at the service station asked if the service rep went over the work with me. I said no. She called Kaitlyn over, and Kaitlyn told me they performed an oil change and tire rotation. I asked about the steering wheel, and she said they could not reproduce my complaints so they didn't do anything. Here is my issue with how our service rep handled our service appointment. She did not call to update us of their findings with our concern. If there's no issue, there's no issue. It would be nice to know. She did not call us when our car was ready even though I specifically asked her to. She did not go over the details of the work that was done until she was prompted. This is a stand alone review, specifically for how our service rep handled our service appointment one day. I have gone here previously and the service was great."
