"Placed order on the app got charged and they are closed. It says drive through open until 12am. It is 10:45pm."
"Placed an order on the app at 10pm (they dont close til 11) and when i arrived at 10:20 to pick up my order they told me they did not make it cause they had already cleaned the grills and they were ready to go home. I asked for my money back and they told me they didnt know how to deal with the app. This place is a joke and their workers just wanna go home"
"This McDonald’s is by far the most disappointing as their lack of urgency when handling orders, quality of food is not the best due to long wait times. There needs to be more workers at this specific location and a better sense of urgency and communication between staff and customers"
"Everything inside was clean. So I ate inside. I thought service was relatively fast for me not so much my friend who ordered after but it wasn't a long wait for him. My only real issue would have been if I wanted a grimace meal bc signs were posted all over the place and someone there was rather upset about them discontinuing the special. But they were still advertising that it was available. Take down the signs if you're not offering it anymore then people wont cause a stir inside the store."
