"My husband and I worked with Joe about a year ago on the closing of our house and he “helped” us get out of a lease (aka sent a couple of emails and got us no where). At the time we definitely didn’t like him, he was beyond rude to us, acted like he was above us and never took our side even though we were paying him to do so. So I guess either Joe is just an entitled jackass or if he doesn’t like what his clients do for a living he’ll treat you like garbage. Or more likely, it’s both.
