Well, CVS didn't have something I needed, wasn't able to answer the phone for info, was always severely understaffed, so I called up Black Rock Pharmacy. Not only were they able to do the work to transfer the prescription from CVS, but they had the item I needed next day - which was so helpful when I was about to be out of town.
