"We ordered cherry limeades and when we looked at them they were seltzer water with a cherry and a lime no flavoring no anything they were clear. We went back around and the girl at the drive through gave us attitude saying cherry syrup doesn’t go in the cherry limeades and it’s just sprite with a cherry and lime we asked for new drinks and she was terrible to us. She put cherry syrup in it weird since that’s not what goes in there but it’s on the website as the drink ingredient????? All she did was add the littlest amount of cherry when we went back through to our seltzer water. It wasn’t even sprite like we explained which is supposed to be in the drink. Customer service was terrible. We had to throw out 3 big cherry limeades. Never again lol"
"Horrible service, we sat in the stall for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and finally we decided to just go through the drive-thru. Once we were giving our order, the girl completely skipped one of our meals and also claimed we told her we ordered a small when we actually ordered a medium. The cherry on top was the guy at the register window who was very closely examining the numbers on the back of my credit card, holding it up to his face and everything. I have frozen my account, but this is absurd! Definitely the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to, I absolutely do not recommend this location."
"Honestly I love Sonic. But this location has gone down hill! I never Get the right stuff I ordered. My chicken tenders were crazy looking. One was a chicken finger the other was a chicken nugget and one was like a tater tot. Also never got my tater tots. Customer service sucks. Our mozzarella sticks were gross. Legit sucks that a place I use To love is so bad now. Honestly don’t ever want to go back"
"As much as I love Sonic, this is NOT the location to satisfy your craving, especially if using the carhop service. Dining area is closed so your only two options are drive thru or carhop. Using the carhop, it took close to an hour from beginning to end. Had to continually ask for service from the drive through window and once the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and they had forgotten my shake. Again waited, then asked and waited some more. Finally went up to drive through again to demand for my shake. I was upgraded to small from my mini for the extensive wait. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon because every time it’s a frustrating experience."
