"Waited 3.5 hours for a tire patch. They were busy, so I get it. I get my car back to have scuff marks up the side of my door. I just paid 30K for this vehicle 3 months ago and they couldn't even tell me that they did that. I sat and watched them do it to a black BMW suv that was parked by the waiting room inside the garage and my stomach dropped because I knew all the work areas must not have room to open the doors without scraping into other things. Don't take your vehicle here unless you do not care about getting it back with less paint than when you dropped it off."
"Once in a while I bring my cars in to get fixed. Most of the time I bring them in for preventative maintenance to where I request the technician goes through the entire car and report on things that need attention. I believe the technician and management gives a thorough report and does their best to take care of me on pricing etc... To date I can say that this relationship has kept my family safe and my cars have yet to leave me stranded! I also appreciate my Firestone Card and the benefits that come with it."
"Terrible customer service!!!! The store manager Chris is rude, hostile and swears at his customers, as if this is his own personal place. He is unprofessional and said he doesn't care if ppl call corporate on him. SMH 5 thumbs down! He needs to be fired!!"
"Corporate Cold! They had my truck for 4 days and then told me they wouldn't put it on the lift because of surface rust on the undercarriage. They still insisted I pay $120 for them to tell me that though. I took it down the road and they put it on the lift no problem; then we laughed about these Firestone people. Don't waste your time with these guys; they don't like the work, just your money."
