"I needed to purchase a rear wiper replacement and have it installed at the store. The young man at the counter was extremely courteous and helpful. He installed the wiper and had me on my way within 5 minutes. I appreciated the excellent customer care."
"Showed up 5 minutes after closing and practically begged for one part so that i could get my car home. Young tall Guy who was a "manager" inside refused and stated that "the systems are all closed" BS. I had to get my vehicle towed. Terrible customer service. Don't go here, the staff is rude and condescending. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I would rather drive to an auto parts store in a different state, hours away, then deal with the unhelpful and rude employees that work at Advanced Auto Parts in Clinton. This is the second occasion I received awful service here. The bald guy that wears glasses, the tall skinny young guy with an afro I belive, are both condescending and unhelpful. I will be bringing my business down the road to Autozone for the rest of my life."
"This young cat behind the counter is always so rude. He told me to drive practically across the state to get something that wasn’t very difficult. But every time I go here & he’s there he always has a terrible attitude. I go there obviously to spend money but I get treated like garbage by this one young tall guy at the counter"
