"Anna does my nails and I have literally never been disappointed once. I have been coming to Angel Tips for over a decade and have gotten my nails done by literally everyone that has ever worked here and I'll only see Anna now and have been for many months. Mary also does a good job and so does Cindy. They're my 2 backup favorites. Anna doesn't do pedicures but when you work with her she will get your pedicure done asap after your nails and you dont have to wait ever. The prices are really good also in my opinion. I get a gel fill (usually always designs too) gel smoothie pedicure (w extra 10 minutes of a massage) it's usually anywhere from 80-110 which is to me a great price for what I'm getting compared to other local salons and I always thank her with a good tip she deserves it."

"I am NEVER one to go and complain about a business. Especially being a small business owner myself. But this is absolutely unacceptable. I call Angel Tips in Derby and ask for a soak off to take my acrylics off, he says to come in. I get there and he cuts down my nails as your normally would before a soak off. Then he proceeds to take nail clippers and rip up my acrylics, literally ripping off my skin. I was in so much pain. I asked him, are you able to soak them off & he tells me “it’ll take too long”.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then says “well nobody can take care of you”. You are not supposed to rip off nails as it damages them EVEN MORE than mine already are. I said well you’re hurting me, and he says “I’ll try not to” then continued to rip up my nails. I got up and said forget it and walked out. I had to go to Sally’s and spend WAY too much money than I should’ve had to because he was too lazy to do his job. Now I have to try to do this at home. Thankful for the girls at Sally’s who helped me pick out some things to help my nails after he ruined them. So unbelievably upset. DO NOT GO TO ANGEL TIPS!"

"I got my nails done with Peter and the result was terrible. Many nails were not filled properly, I had to ask for a third coat of nail polish cause it was so ugly. I asked for an acrylic refill and he did gel which was conveniently more expensive, he did not fix my cuticles, he left the rest of the gel polish on the sides, and did not properly paint it. I had to ask him multiple times to come back to the previous nail to fix it. My nails were already shaped and he found a way to mess this up too. Now they are all uneven, poorly colored, and with not have enough filling. Plus all the extra stuff that he decided to charge me without letting me know. I am really disappointed."

"i went to get a gel manicure and pedicure yesterday (7/15/22) .. a female named LILY did both . while painting my toes she was doing a HORRIBLE job so I asked her to fix it and she “did” .. it looked better than it did the first time so I left it at that . after my pedicure she did my manicure .. I paid and tipped her ! only to get home and realize that she didn’t put a top coat on the big toe on my left foot . and it just didn’t look as if I had literally JUST gotten a pedicure. the polish was absolutely messy . i called and spoke to John that night and he said I could come in to get them repainted. i went this morning (7/16/22) . I waited over an hour just to get my toes repainted and eventually just asked for a refund . he refunded me only for the polish. while waiting he had taken FOUR females ahead of me that came after me. I’ve gone there a bunch of times before and over all there’s always a wait and services are always rushed."
