"When I'm not in India, and I'm back home in Bethel, this is the only place I trust my bitten off, horribly raggedy nails with. Rachel is a miracle worker. My nails always look amazing, and natural. They also seem indestructible, and last for weeks. Elegant Nails is clean, has the best polish, and always has an appointment for me, even on short notice. Keep in mind, this is a cash only nail salon."
