"I was just looking around not thinking that I was ready to buy. I explained to Joe what I was wanting to do and he more than delivered! Not only was it exactly what I was looking for it was a better deal than I thought I could get. I went in at the end of the day on a Monday and talked to Joe and in our short conversation about the vehicle he got all the information that he needed and told me he would be in touch in a day or 2 because he had the next day off. He went out of his way and called me the next morning with great news... he was under the payment amount that I was willing to spend and would have the vehicle ready for me to take the next day!!! I went in that day and Trevor had the vehicle waiting ready for me to test drive so I could make my final decision. I was a done deal for me! Both Jay and Trevor were great people to deal with!!
