"This situation is more than annoying. After waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes today, I finally arrive at the window only to find that their security gate had been lowered. After another minute a voice comes over the intercom to inform me that they were now closed FOR LUNCH! Are you kidding me? For God's sakes, even the Post Office doesn't do that. What about clearing the line first? How about rotating lunch breaks. Oh, that's right, you don't have enough people on staff to do that. And if you're going to close for lunch, how about having someone come outside and let people know who are sitting in line that you're going to close so they don't waste their time. Or, put a sign on a post between the lanes to communicate this ridiculous decision. A very bad business move. One that completely disregards their customers. What's next, dinner breaks? Afternoon naps?"
