"I was an “accidental tenant” while taking a short course at Yale. Through the machinations of the owner, I was to fill out reams of administrative work and prove finances and my good name even from my native Canada. This time consuming and annoying work was made easy with the help of Stephanie Garofalo whose professionalism, helpfulness and luminous personality made everything right! I was lucky to meet her and the present tenants of The Taft are lucky to have her at the office, indeed! Kathy Millard"
"Taft is close to everywhere in New Haven and I really enjoy the convenience that Taft provides. What's more, the scenery outside the window is gorgeous. I do have a great memory here. The lossing point is attributed to the noise that occurs almost every Friday and Saturday nights since my room (7th floor) is facing directly to the college street, on which there are a lots of bars and the noisy motorcycles pass by sometimes. What I could do it's try to sleep a little bit late on that two nights. lol~"
