Teen Group Therapy is a health institution located at 160 Hawley Lane, Trumbull, Connecticut, United States. Our mission is to help teenagers in Southwestern Connecticut grow and learn, especially in matters related to mental and emotional health, while also providing them with the opportunity to help others along the way. Led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is an expert in adolescent psychology, our weekly group therapy sessions take place on Fridays at 4:00 pm during both high school semesters, with breaks during holidays and holiday seasons. Our team includes Daniela Trotman, a graduate of Fairfield University with studies in Sociology and Health Studies, who is currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Social Work program with a concentration in Affirmative Therapy. With about three years of counseling experience, Daniela is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate their mental health. Justin Barsanti, LCSW, brings over 20 years of experience working with teens, having focused on mental health and psychotherapy during his studies at Columbia University in NYC.
