"I recently started going down there and it feels great to go splash in the pools, & sit in the sauna or hot tub for a bit. My old bones love it. Great friendly helpful staff and a nice clean facility! Love going down there! UPDATE: I used to love going down there, unfortunately, I am on a fixed income, and they have raised their rates so much, I can no longer afford to do down there. Plus the fact that they keep changing the adult swim hours is a little frustrating."

"This is a wonderful local place to stay fit and healthy. The price is very reasonable and the facilities are fantastic. I personally love the swimming pool. Nice lap lanes in a 25 meter pool. Great for getting in a low impact cardio workout out. They offer classes and aerobics."
