"Founded in 1928, George K. Baum & Company is a family owned firm whose top guiding principle is "client first." We take very seriously any comment or complaint contrary to this principle. Mr. Van Morgan first contacted Firm management on March 28, 2017 to share his frustration and concerns about the Firm's handling of an account. Within 24 hours, the Firm investigated Mr. Morgan's concerns, fulfilled his instructions for the account and took responsive action to mitigate this isolated event."
"Too bad the site does not have a minus 10 for star rating as that is what George K Baum would get. This company is a joke. They mishandle your account, lie and tell you they have done things when they never did. They take weeks to respond to phone calls or emails. The employees in the Denver office are rude and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. They seem to forget they are regulated and have laws to abide by. When you ask for a supervisor you get the run around again. Being told they will look into it and call you right back. Of course this doesn't happen and you have to call the "Supervisor" back multiple times. They have a corporate office in Kansas City, yet when you reach out to the executives they don't bother to reply. By far the worst customer service and complete in-competencies is all you will get with George K Baum."
