"People here are rude as hell and like to keep packages for them selves. "Delivered" however they claimed there was no Diaz or whatever and couldn't find anything there. And gave attitude that still on the truck and gave up. This place is trash pick up. Rather Return packages then ever go here again. Don't even know why this is a ups location to begin with. People here don't even like being part of ups minus holding onto packages, oh wait probably that. Even more to add, when I showed them proof of delivery they claimed that was false information. How is something from the ups website proof of delivery false? And false names? What a clown circus this whole building is should be the new directory for autozone aswell. 1 star Is considered too generous. Negative 5 stars should be the appropriate rating to give."
"I went there today to drop off a couple of packages, the female representative was friendly and provided gr8 assistance. She also emailed me my confirmation receipt. It's a solid place to stop since I work down the street. I'll definitely be returning in the future"
"Amazing customer service, was dropping off an amazon package. Took me lesser than 2 mintues."
"Horrible place to drop off packages. Won't even give you a receipt stating you dropped it off. Kid behind the counter didn't believe I was sending my xfinity boxes back to the company (even though the label stated where it was being shipped) and cut open my packaged box to look inside. Don't ever recommend this place."
