"Love this place! A stand by of Colorado Springs. They have been servicing and selling time pieces For well over 30 years! (I'm not sure how long, but I'm 42 and can't remember a time when The Tick Tock Shop wasn't the go to for everything clocks) Had my fiance's watch cleaned and repaired (don't worry, it was just missing a pin in the band) and it came back looking like a new time piece! Unbelievable job for a great price! Cannot say enough good things about them. Even if you are just looking the clock selection is out of this world! If I was rich I would make this place a daily visit for the clocks and the staff who know everything about clocks. If you are driving by on Circle jam on your breaks and pull in! It is well worth your time (hahah, get it? Please don't cause an accident though. You won't regret it!)"

"When you walk in, you are greeted by some of the most beautiful standing clocks. As you continue to the back, the service area, i was greated right away. The gentelman that assisted me was friendly and professional. What I was most impressed with was his knowledge and advice. I had two old watches that belonged to my Grandma when she passed. My mother had got them from her estate, and I from my mother's when she passed. He could have easily said he could fix them and charge me. Instead, he taught me about the watches. One is basically a throw-away watch, meaning it only has sentimental value. The other he said could be fixed for about $250. However, if it got wet at all, I would be back in as watches that old are not water resistant. He showed me a watch I could replace it with and keep the old band. And this option costs less than the repair. Of course, he stated the sentimental value may make the fixing the desired approach. I have so.e thinking to do, but when I decide, I will be back. Honesty is important, and ethics are invaluable. I feel they have both."

"My go to place to get my watch serviced. They did an awesome job on my pocket watch (it was my Grandpa's). I've taken my wrist watch several times over the years for service while I waited (batteries and pins). We've also purchased wonderful a clock from there. The friendly knowledgeable staff have always made it a great experience!"
