"I've been a customer at this store for awhile now. Every single time I go it's been a great experience. Heather is AMAZING! My dogs been dealing with some allergy issues for awhile. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and she's made my dog food journey so much easier. I've had the best customer service experience at this store location and will drive the extra miles because of this. They even go as far as to remind you about the upcoming sales to ensure they have your items in stock. I've had the employees walk around with me to ensure I find the right type of dog food (kibble & raw) to fit my dogs needs. Heather's even helped me build the confidence to advocate for my dogs health at my vet and after the vet visit, she's been right so many times ! I'm so grateful for her and the other employees at this store. Highly recommend!"
"This store is great! Just had the best experience getting my little terrier mix fit for a harness. Also, Heather and Merrin both had great recommendations for joint support for my 13 year old pug mix. Such a nice store with a great selection of supplements and food! I was also pleased to hear that they will be bring in more raw food soon. Thanks for a great shopping experience!!!"
