"I had my second cleaning done yesterday. The first one was good as there were two cleaners and one “inspector”. The cleaning yesterday was absolutely terrible. They were supposed to clean the whole house and deep clean the bathrooms and kitchens. They didn’t vacuum or clean any of the floors well, master bathroom and shower was not cleaned at all. One cleaner climbed onto living room couch with her shoes on!! I find that absolutely disgusting. Bathroom floors weren’t cleaned properly and baseboards weren’t touched. Kitchen counter wasn’t wiped down (still visible crumbs on it). Nothing was moved to get hard to reach places in bathrooms or kitchens. Kitchen windowsill wasn’t touched. The manager’s response was to send a new crew with an inspector the next day and for the next cleaning, but how inconvenient is it to spend two days in a row at home for cleaners when it should’ve been done right the first time. Do not recommend as they seem inconsistent and the manager’s response made it sound like this happens a lot."
"They didn't clean the bathroom mirror at all. They didn't scrub the kitchen counters, leaving sticky stuff on them. The floors looked HORRIBLE when they left. LVP isn't that hard to clean! Several surfaces left undusted. Paid $30 extra for the oven to be cleaned and it was never touched. VERY disappointed and will not use again."
