"The store is very clean and has a minimalistic standing area. I was lucky enough to meet the general manager and manager of the store who were very friendly but everybody there is always very happy always smiling and eager to serve and do it with a smile. Sometimes the lines are long but they have enough people behind the counter to handle it gracefully and quickly. I very much enjoy going there. And if you have the opportunity to speak with the general manager / owner she is wonderful."
"There was a man who came in the store and started digging in the trash obviously not in the right state of mind... The staff were polite and respectful to him when most would have acted poorly... Offered him warm water on a snowier day... I would recommend this store to everyone.. u have gained a custom for life"
"It's nice and clean and warm in here. I understand why there is no seating or bathrooms in the downtown area which was fine as we were ordering drinks to go. The seasonal gingerbread oatmilk chai is a new favourite."
"Quick stop on the way to the Capitol on a sunny spring day. Big open area, which is needed for the huge line waiting for their orders and no tables to sit at inside. Luckily, we just picked up a water and a "You Were Here " mug for Denver and were on our way. Sad to see that there were no restrooms for as they were all closed to the public. Leaving a 5 star for the fun counter person."
