"Everything about my appointment at Stang went very well. I liked receiving a description of the work to be performed, including estimates for each task. The descriptions were detailed and easy to understand. Tristan kept me updated on when he thought my car would be finished and when it took longer than he had thought it would, he was apologetic. I understand that sometimes things take longer to get done and it was not a problem for me. I was delighted when I picked up my car last Friday evening and saw that the door on my glove box was shut! Before I brought my car in, I had mentioned that my glove box door would not close anymore and asked if it could be looked at. Thank you so much for fixing it! And I was not charged for it, which was very kind. The invoice showed very detailed descriptions of what had been done to my car, the actual costs of work performed (the total amount came to less than I had been quoted!) and recommendations for future service. I am very happy I discovered Stang!"
