"I should say normally we love it - this time was disappointing because we arrived at 10:23. We were headed back home & our 4 hour drive was in front of us. My husband is having cancer treatment at University hospital, and just wanted one of their Oregon Blackberry shakes. The lady on the intercom said she couldn't do those until 10:30. Of course then we could not get out of the curbed-in drive thru ... by the time we waited for the cars in front of us to be thru it was 10:29 when we reached the window.... where my husband said to just drive thru. Sometimes small things are important to people ... would it have really been so hard to do?"
"I go to this Goodtimes about once every couple of months. I love wold spuds and the hatch green chili fries. I needed a quick dinner last night after some Christmas shopping so I decided to grab a chicken sandwich. Prices are up everywhere so it's already enough to pay $13 for a single meal for a chicken sandwich and fries. I was presented with a payment pad last night asking what tip I wanted to give? Since when is it the customer's job to pay the employees? Tip for what? No one was overly kind, I got snotty attitudes when I asked about it with an abrupt closure of the window. I wont be back either way. I decline to tip, and I could have spit in my food. Disappointing and repulsive."
"It’s so sad to see. This was always a staple for me but to get sneered at because I didn’t tip is not ok. Tip for what? Taking my order? I get the food industry doesn’t want to pay their people and probably use the “tipped employee “ exemptions. I guess this is more towards the stores instead of the workers. It’ll cost you customers instead of a few bucks."
"Great GoodTimes! Decided to go here for some dessert. Really nice. Staff was friendly, quick service, and most importantly, delicious custard! Bought a pint of vanilla custard and their new flavor of Irish Cream. Both delicious! So, all in all, great GoodTimes location. Will be back whenever I’m in the area! Nice job!"
"Delicious! We had the burgers (perfectly greasy and very warm. The raspberry sauce for the potato poppers was so good (little spicy). Then of course we had to get our furry friend a pup cup as well! Super friendly and quick service!"
