"This dealer sold me a junk car. Listen to the car start up shortly after purchasing. That’s not how it started when I bought it.. After I reached out to the General Manager, his remedy is to “buy back” at a $6,100 loss. Zero accountability. 2017 Accord, this vehicle needs: •valve cover gaskets; leaking •4 new tires; tires were cupped. •brake pads and rotors •the skid plate is missing •needs timing job •the coolant was water •the right hand mirror fell off after it was broken and slapped back on. Thousands of dollars into to this vehicle, and according to the inspection report, all good according to them! Of course it is, the inspection was pencil whipped. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but it’s a another thing when you don’t own up to it. I would think twice before purchasing here. Shoddy at best, car dealer"

While there, the service team identified a developing issue and were able to address it immediately instead of a return visit. "Went in for point inspection, oil change and so on. They also checked my differentials and found all kinds of non-compliant numbers. I had the service handle that as well. Our lovely potholes and being used probably did not help. Back on the road same day and a bit more at ease. Love that the tech sends follow-up reports and pictures as needed."

"I have had 2 visits to date to have my windows tinted and to have moulding applied. Both went smoothly. The moulding work was longer than I expected but it was a wet, snowy day so they took a cautious approach to make sure everything dried. Waiting area was comfortable and allowed me to work. The recommendation that I have is to ensure the service rep actually talks to the customer. I appreciated the text message at the start but I would have preferred more discussion because I had questions. I also didn’t get any updates on the status. 4 hours is a long time with no updates. I had to go and find the service rep to check out rather than them finding me."
