"I had just broken down my clutch went out and I’m trying to figure out who to call and what to do. Out of nowhere a tow truck is coming down the street like it was sent for me. I flag them down ask the driver if he can help and he says yeah I’ll be right back. 10 minutes later he came back loaded me up and got me to where I needed to be. Nick P was the driver and he was quick, friendly and did a great job. My only isssue is I was going to tip him and when I realized I hadn’t he was already gone and I couldn’t read the number he wrote on the card. I want to tip him. If I can’t he should at least get a bonus for being great at his job. I’d like to Venmo him if I can get in contact with him."
"Mike was so very helpful getting my car winched out of a very precarious situation! Steep driveway with a steep drop off the side! He was able to successfully get the car out without damaging the fence or scraping the car. Such a pro! And so darn friendly! Wonderful customer service, I am so grateful!"
