"The barista with the glasses and the blue/purple in the back of her hair is beyond rude!! I came in to pick up my online order that was already 7 minutes late and the cashier told her I was here for an online order and she had the worst attitude. I’m sorry you don’t like your job when it’s busy….. hire more people if you need help but don’t be rude to your customers. The food would have got 5 starts but it just doesn’t taste as good getting it served with attitude."
"The coffee shop is always peaceful and clean, and in a great location! The burritos and banana bread to go are so convenient. And the coffee is incredible, definitely my first pick over Starbucks or Dutch bros"
"This is by my house, so decided to try it out. I ordered a melon berry tide refresherz with no ice. I was told that if I got no ice it would not be full or I could pay $1 more and get it filled. That a 1st for me. I always go to Starbucks and Duch Bros and never had an issue. I was a little taken, lol. I ended up getting light ice which was no extra cost and filled to the top. There light ice was actually light unlike some places which was nice. But overall, the drink is mostly water, so to have to pay extra for a filled cup is a little extreme when It's already over 5 bucks for a small drink. The drink was good along with the strawberry smoothie and staff was nice, but I think I will stick with my usual."
"Nice location and the atmosphere was relaxing. Cashier and staff were super friendly though they forgot my coffee order. I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t bother me much. The cashier was very apologetic and gave me a $1 off coupon to use on my next coffee. I ordered a warm pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious! I recommend this Ziggi’s Coffee location!"
