"Incompetent staff (avoid “Laurie” at all costs!) and docs who take a cookie cutter approach to patients. You’ll get a total run-around, be treated with hostility, and spend needless hours trying to sort out their screwups. Even a complaint lodged with the patient advocacy office hasn’t changed a thing in how they interact with patients. Go to SCL instead."
