"My husband and I heard great things about this place from others so we were excited to try it. We drove about 25 minutes from where we live. The staff was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. Out of the three staff members working, none said anything when we arrived and seemed bothered to have to stop talking with one another to help us. We tried to engage in conversation with the young gal who helped us but she was so unfriendly and overall we just felt uncomfortable. We really enjoyed the gelato and the ambiance was nice. We watched other people come in and it seemed the staff just didn’t engage with the customers much either. It was a disappointing experience. Reading the other reviews with such positive staff experiences leads me to believe it was perhaps an off night. We will try it again and hope for a better experience!"

"Would go here again and again. Pistachio gelato is a must try! The best one I ever had. I heard this place is authentic and it did not disappoint. They have a good choice of other desserts as well. If you are in Denver, please go here. You will have a great time savoring their desserts."
