"I love this office & have been going here since all my boys were born. Everyone is very professional & helpful. My only complaint is that they don't appreciate patients' time. For example, my son's appt was at 310 today & it's now 340. I have other kids & my time is valuable. When I make an appt for my sons I expect to be seen at that time, not 30+ minutes later. This is absolutely not acceptable or professional. Another example- my sons' ortho practice let's us check in when we park and are waiting for us in the waiting room! This is a great example of perfect customer service. Thirty minutes+ is just not acceptable."

"I really wish I could give more stars for this practice. The providers are fantastic. But on our very first visit they wouldn’t let me back with my newborn baby (after taking her back) until I gave them my credit card, and then lost paperwork from our first day and were really adamant that it was our fault. It’s on me that I didn’t fill it in again afterward, but we ended up not returning to the practice. It was mostly because, when I called to schedule the next appointment, they almost didn’t let me because I had an outstanding balance. That balance, however, had already been discussed with their billing department because we found they had made a mistake and re-filed it. Then they randomly charged my card after claiming to have not been able to get a hold of me. When I called and asked when they’d tried calling, they didn’t have any associated calls on record. It took me three hours of calling them and my insurance to resolve it, which I was really upset by. Putting money before care was really upsetting to me, especially since the money was just an insurance issue. I can accept that at one point they may have received bad information from our carrier and there’s not much to be done about that from their end. And I will say Jennifer in billing was a pleasure to work with and appreciate her time and work to resolve the insurance issue. My main issue is regarding the separation from my newborn/paperwork issue, and initially being prevented from making an appointment until the money was dealt with. This was a very unique experience to say the least. I wish it had been better, because we really loved the providers."

"Had a wonderful experience at this office. Staff was great and Dr. Bucknam is AMAZING! Also saw Dr. Miller with our newborn in the hospital and really really liked him. Never felt rushed and he more than answered all of our questions. HIGHLY recommend this office. We are telling everyone!"

"I don’t understand some of these bad reviews. We have two kiddos at Cornerstone & I could not recommend them enough. They see Dr. Miller who is incredible, but we have seen almost all doctors & have not had one bad experience. The people working at the front desk/answer phones are always extremely kind, and if you call in on a MONDAY MORNING expect to be on hold for a good bit, it’s how the world works. :)"

"First impressions are everything, and the moment my son and husband walked in they were great with smiling faces. This office was exactly what we were looking for! My 12yr old son liked his new Doctor. Dr. Steitz was great with him, and answered all our questions."
