"If you are looking for a facility with: great training, great coaches, good equipment, and lots of room to workout in then The Institute is the place for you! The first time I came in, took a look around and attended a trial class, I had the opportunity to meet with Corey. Corey was great! She has a very upbeat and positive attitude. She asked me what my goals were, really listened to me, and explained how they could help me reach them. Corey allowed the Institute and the staff to sell itself. There was no "hard sell." I also had a chance to meet Steve. This guy is a ball of lighting. I don't think he has any quit in him. I've had the chance to see Steve on several different occasions and he was the same each time. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff that I have dealt with so far is very friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is welcoming and you don't feel out of place. You can come in with a ton of experience or none at all and still be able to thrive here. The staff truly focuses on ensuring that the movements are performed correctly and help you grow while keeping you safe. I have always played sports and worked out in some compacity, but catching a workout at The Institute is a whole new ballgame. I am glad that I choose The Institute and would definitely recommend it to my: family, friends, and co-workers. Great job guys!"
