"My mother has tried for over two weeks to get an appointment. She has filled out the online appointment request form and has followed up with each location. ALL of the operators have been rude and cannot give her an answer as to when she can expect a scheduler to respond (especially the woman from the Englewood branch, who has no empathy for a newly diagnosed cancer patient). Hopefully, Dr. Benton doesn’t lose patients due to these horrible staff members."
