"I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic. The head veterinarian appears to be knowledgeable and compassionate, I have no issue with her work. Her staff, however, does not rise to the same level. Questions asked of vet techs were often met with short, rude retorts. On my last visit, which was for a blood draw, I was ushered into a exam room and left there. There were no other clients in the clinic and I could hear staff in the back room laughing and generally having a good time, which would seem to indicate that weren’t slammed with patients. And I arrived five minutes after they opened and I had an appointment. Every encounter was a frustrating experience, so it was apparent that it was time for me to move along. I understand you can’t please everyone, but this place, with the exception of the vet, didn’t even try."

"I cannot trust this vet with the well-being of my pets or to treat my pets with compassion. My other vet closed down recently and transferred everyone here. My dog ran out of arthritis medication right after the close down. I called Clear Creek Animal Hospital to see if I could get a refill on her medication as they had all of my dogs medical records. I was told no, and when I asked if I could get a small amount to hold her over until they could see her, they still said no. The least they could do is send me off with a weeks supply as their next appointment was a week out. This was incredibly dehumanizing and put the comfort of my dog at risk. She could barely walk. This office is not compassionate towards animals. I will never go to this vet again. I went to VetCo with her medical records and they were able to fill it immediately, only needed to see her blood tests. They also were able to see us same day. Go anywhere else but here."

"The best Vet I've ever been to. The entire staff is so kind and helpful, there's prescription food on sight, and I'm pretty sure my dog is in love with one of the techs lol fantastic place. Five stars."

"Hands down, the most wonderful vet I have ever been to. I recently adopted Foxy, a Pittie mix prone to UTI and skin issues, and we needed a new veterinarian. Foxy fell in LOVE with the entire staff, who took such amazing care of her. She's been on medication and special food now for a week and looking and feeling so much better!! Well be returning later this month for a routine check up, and I'll be recommending this vet to absolutely everyone I know!"
