"Initially I was a bit frustrated after my second laser hair removal treatment because I felt like my backside did not get thoroughly treated and I felt like they were trying to rush me in and out. But, almost immediately after I voiced my concerns, the team at Ideal Image was very responsive and receptive to comments and concerns. I received a call from the wonderful lady at the front desk and she was very kind and accommodating. She also said they are really focused on patient satisfaction so if I felt like I didn’t get the result I wanted at the end of the treatment sessions, they would do what was necessary to make me satisfied. I think maybe for my second treatment I caught them on a busy day, because my first treatment was, well…ideal. The first time I came, the front desk team was really friendly, they offered juice or water, got me back to a room promptly and told me exactly what to do (undress waist down, use the wipes to cleanse skin, then get on table with drape covering). They handed me wipes and a drape. The first person who did my laser hair removal did a trial pulse on an area (because it was my first time) so I could see what it was going to feel like. My only issue was when I tried to make a follow up appointment at the end of my procedure, they said they couldn’t book anything because there was something wrong with their scheduling system. But, whatever the issue was seemed to be resolved as I had no problems making a follow up after my second treatment. The second time I came, the front staff was really nice and friendly again. The treatment was fast. I felt a bit rushed but perhaps I caught them on a busy day. I will tell you, laser hair removal is not for the faint at heart. I didn’t know it would hurt, I guess that’s just ignorance on my part. But, I guess no pain no gain. Just be prepared, it is not painless as I imagined before I experienced it. That being said, it only hurts for a few seconds and it doesn’t linger throughout the day (or it didn’t for me). One thing I liked is when it really hurt, sometimes Melissa (the clinician who did my treatment) would gently put pressure against the spot with her hand that she just pulsed and that would help ease it. It is expensive but no more so than any other companies I checked out. I think if I get the result at the end, it will be well worth the money."

The lasers are a little painful, but the appointments go by fast. I have seen a tremendous reduction in the hair on my back and love the way it looks and feels."
