"I really wanted to work with Sarah and Dr. Grindle but after they rescheduled my initial consultation three times and then called me the wrong patient’s name I questioned if this is what should be expected from their clinic. It was a fair question. Sarah became defiant saying her computer autocorrected my name. Ok, fine. But the subsequent VM she admitted making a mistake by calling me the wrong patient. Mistakes are fine but lies are another issue. Sarah then went on in an email “I try my best with the demographic of patients that we work with”…as though the demographic of patients should allow people and their time to not be treated respectfully. I truly hope if you proceed with Boulder Mind Care you have a different experience than I had. But please don’t believe Sarah if she tells you what she wrote to me, “I don’t think you’ll find another office that will give you the same level of attention or care any where in the state of Colorado. At least we got back to you..some offices won’t even call or reach out because they don’t have the staff or just don’t care.” There are many people that care. The next clinic I contacted scheduled me for my FREE phone consult that same day (Boulder Mind charges $390 for this consult).
