"I have to disagree with the posts here. This has been one of the worst experiences in Medical Care I have received. The customer service was awful. As a new patient had to wait 2 hours to see a Dr. with my hungry baby in the waiting room. I was then told the Dr. I saw was leaving the practice leaving me hanging for follow up work that needed to be done. Then I was charged with an asinine bill costing me upwards of $1000 for a 6 week post-partum checkup. Not only this, but I was told I needed to have my thyroid tested, only to find out without my permission they had done a huge blood panel on me which my insurance did not cover. Had they asked I never would have agreed to the test. It’s just another example of the medical field not being patient focused. I will never go back here."
